Question 2

How much does a press release cost?

Accepted Answer

Packages start at $300 (Basic) and $550 (Standard). Individual outlets are available from $50. All prices are published on the Pricing page.

Question 3

Question 4

Accepted Answer

Yes, you can include links within your press release. The number of links and the types of media supported may vary depending on the package you select. Our editorial team will confirm all details during the review process.

Question 5

Do you edit my release?

Accepted Answer

We recommend changes only when needed and keep your original content unchanged unless approved. Our editorial team reviews the structure, formatting, company information, and dateline to help reduce delays and avoid common publishing issues. If revisions are recommended, we discuss them with you before making changes.

Question 6

What is the difference between publication and media pickup?

Accepted Answer

Publication means your press release is published on the outlets included in your selected package. Media pickup refers to when journalists, bloggers, or other media professionals independently choose to cover or reference your announcement. Publication is guaranteed as part of your package; media pickup depends on the newsworthiness and relevance of your announcement.

Can I schedule a release for a specific date and time?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you can schedule your release for a specific date by selecting a target publication date when submitting your press release. Our team will coordinate the distribution timeline to match your preferred schedule as closely as possible.

What is your refund policy?

Accepted Answer

If your press release has not yet entered the editorial review process, we may be able to accommodate a cancellation or refund request. Once a release has been reviewed or distributed, refunds are generally not available. Please contact our team at sales@vertexnewswire.com for specific inquiries about your situation.
